How It Works

Before You Start

1

Open Terminal

Press Cmd + Space, type Terminal, and hit Enter.

2

Run the Setup Script

Copy and paste this command into Terminal, then press Enter:

bash ~/"Library/CloudStorage/GoogleDrive-"*"vzn.care/Shared drives/VZN/SharedPages/setup.sh"
💡 The * wildcard matches your email address automatically, so this works regardless of which VZN Google account you use.

You should see output confirming the setup for Claude Code and/or Claude Desktop.

3

Restart Claude

Start a new Claude Code session. The shared-pages tools will be available automatically.

claude

Quit Claude Desktop completely (Cmd + Q) and reopen it. The shared-pages tools will appear in the MCP tools list.

4

Try It Out

Ask Claude any of these:

"List shared pages"
See all pages currently shared with their public URLs
"Share this HTML file"
Publish an HTML file you're working with
"Create an HTML report and share it"
Generate HTML content and publish it in one step
"Remove the old report page"
Take down a page you no longer need shared

No Claude? No Problem

You can also share pages without Claude — just save any .html file directly to the VZN > SharedPages folder in Google Drive. It will appear on the homepage within moments.

⚠️ Google Drive streaming mode: If you create files via Terminal (not Finder), they may take a moment to sync. Saving from a browser, Finder, or any app works instantly.
